The Druk White Lotus School is a modest yet outstanding example of truly sustainable design. Under the patronage of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the Drukpa Trust, Arup and Arup Associates have formulated new approaches to educationin Ladakh.
In contracts to conventional ways of working the project is founded in traditional values and clutures and at the same time seeks to advance new ideas in the context of the 21st Century.
